Looking to change the credit card used for your subscription or end your subscription? This must be done through the AppExchange.  

If you want to change which subscription you're on (monthly vs annual), then please contact us by clicking the little chat window in the bottom right.

Otherwise follow these steps to update your billing information:

1. Visit https://appexchange.salesforce.com

2. Click your face in the top right corner (or login first), then click "My Installs & Subscriptions" as pictured here:


3. Find the subscribed app, use the dropdown at the right side of the row, and click "Manage Subscription":


4. Click the Edit or End Subscription button at the bottom of the page:

5. To change payment info from the edit screen, click the "Edit Payment" button in the bottom section:
