We can access your Salesforce org temporarily without needing a user account.
Note: You must be a System Administrator to grant us login access. If you're not, please send your request on to your System Administrator.
First, navigate to your "Settings":
Then navigate to "Grant Account Login Access" and set a duration for the "CloudAnswers Support" team. We recommend one week for most issues, but choose what you think is appropriate. You can always revoke it when we are done helping you.
Don't forget to click "Save"!
