If you haven't used it yet, the duplicate search function on the Bulk Merge tab allows you to run your active duplicate rules against ALL records in your database. If you create new duplicate or matching rules and want to evaluate all of your records, you no longer have to bulk update all of your records to see which ones are duplicates.
In this release, we've made a few key improvements to the duplicate search.

Release Notes
In this release, we have three key changes to the duplicate search.
Duplicate Search Completed Email
When the search is done, we email you the results. No more coming back to the page and refreshing occasionally to see if there are new duplicates!
Choose Object for Duplicate Search
Previously, the duplicate search ran for all active rules. Now, you can still do that if you want, or if you're cleaning up a specific object, you can process duplicates for that object and get the results much faster.
Click Run Duplicate Search from the Bulk Merge tab to try it out.
Schedule Weekly Duplicate Search
Lastly, we've added the ability to schedule a duplicate search. Set it and forget it - get a weekly summary of how many duplicates there are for a certain object or for your org, plus have it automatically create any new duplicate groups that may have been missed.
Click Schedule Duplicate Search from the Bulk Merge tab to try it out.
