Typical Cause:
The user does not have the permission to view the Report Sender app.
Solution:
All users who want to access Report Sender must have the CloudAnswers Report Sender permission set assigned to them. Once assigned, the user can create and manage their own Report Schedule.
If users wish to Activate/ Deactivate Report Sender or manage other users schedules. They must assign those desired users the CloudAnswers Report Sender Admin permission set.
