Support for orgs without content deliveries and information about adding multiple reports and dashboards beta.

In version 3, we added support for secure file sharing using a Salesforce feature called Content Deliveries. But some orgs do not have Content Deliveries enabled and were unable to upgrade to V3. So this version includes support for those orgs. To use secure file sharing, orgs will still need to enable content delivery.

In this version, we've also added a sign-up for beta testing a version that lets people add multiple reports and dashboards in a single email. We have a version in development and are looking for feedback. If you're interested, send us a message.
