In this version, we have several improvements to dynamic filters, including support for text and picklist fields. We've also improved the ability to try out different versions in sandboxes, and upgraded API versions so you'll stop getting ICU locale update warnings from Salesforce for our package.

Years ago, we added support for ICU locale formats by updating the API version on all classes affected by this change and testing Report Sender with ICU locale formats enabled. At the time, we did not know that Salesforce would eventually start emailing all customers and notifying them about any classes or pages not on version 45. In this release, we upgrade the remaining components to version 45 to avoid those notifications and allow Salesforce to upgrade your org if you want automatically.

We’ve added even more functionality to Filtered Sends, by adding support for Picklist, Text, and formula-based text fields, making it more versatile than ever. This would empower you to send sales data to sales managers based on region, and product sales to related product managers, and you to filter down any text field to any value you would want.

In this example, Department is a text field, and we can filter it down by department, so each user receives records only related to their department.

We’ve added the ability to switch between Premium, Plus, and Free in sandbox. Previously you were limited to only enjoying the Premium features, but we have enabled the option to change between the three so you can see the differences and see what would be the best fit for your company.
